Accounts include a "logs"
directory that contains both an access log file (in standard
NCSA format) and an error log file useful for debugging cgi
errors. Use FTP to retrieve these files from your server. Server
log files are rotated on a monthly basis and kept on the server
for one additional month before being removed.

are updated every night at approximately 3:00 AM., EST US.
Please allow 48 hours for this to be installed for new sites.
